Reverend Alexander Botchway
Patron & The Executive Board Chair(Ghana)
Senior Pastor, ICGC King's Temple-Takoradi. Reverend Botchway is a member of the Presbytery of the International Central Gospel Church, the highest decision making body of ICGC worldwide. Reverend Alexander Botchway is one of the Patrons of Hope Minds Foundation and also serves as the Chairperson of the Executive Board of Hope Minds Foundation.
Reverend Michael Kumi Owusu
Co-founder / President of Hope Minds Foundation(Ghana)
Reverend Michael Kumi Owusu holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University Of Cape Coast, a professional certificate as a Chartered Human Resource Analyst (CHRA) from Access Business Management Conference, Nairobi-Kenya, and a member of American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). Reverend Michael is offering MDiv in theology in Baylor University (George Truett Seminary), Texas-USA. Reverend Michael also serves as the Head Pastor of ICGC Olive Tree Temple, and the Managing Director of Zonam Company Limited.

Reverend Frank Bioh is a member of the Executive Board of Hope Minds Foundation. He's the Head Pastor of ICGC Watered Garden.
Mrs. Amma Nyarko Owusu
Co-founder of Hope Minds Foundation and the Executive Director of HMF Women's World(Ghana)
She is the Senior Social Officer at the Department of Community Department of the Ministry of Local Government in Ghana. Mrs. Owusu holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrated Development Studies, Environmental and Natural Resources Option. She has a passion in Women Empowerment and believes that Women Can Change their World if given the opportunity with the necessary support. She is married to Reverend Michael Kumi Owusu.
Mr. Sylvester Adjapong

Sylvester Adjapong is Service Delivery Specialist in the WASH sector and has a strong passion for soul winning and youth development. He holds a MSc in Geographic Information Systems, Pg Dp in Management Information Systems and a BSc Geomatic Engineer. He believes the meaning of life is the number of people who benefited from your existence.

Dr. Derrick Anquanah Cudjoe

Derrick Anquanah Cudjoe Director of Research and Executive Board Secretary (HMF). Derrick is the founder and president of Grace Outreach Global Foundation, with experience in managing teams with diverse backgrounds. Derrick's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his success in co-authoring several research works and motivational manuscripts. Derrick is fueled by his passion to impact the world through supporting the needy and vulnerable, underlined by his inspiration that "the world would be a better place should all and sundry live in coziness." He considers himself a "forever student," eager to both build on his academic foundations in economics and interest in public policy through continued dilligence and professional development. Derrick deems himself greatly privileged to serve in matters pertaining to God's kingdom and always endeavours to be a vessel of honour unto God. Though the Holy Bible will forever remain his guide in life, the following two quotes which he personally constructed have underpinned his practices: "Ideation without action leads to stagnation." Dr. Maame Yaa Anane

Dr. Maame Yaa Yamoah Anane is a Ghanaian-born American passionate about scientific research, public health and health equity. As a trained pharmacist, Dr. Anane has always found ways to impact the lives of others through community service and volunteering. She served as the president of the Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International (CPFI), East Tennessee State University (ETSU) chapter during which time she led key initiatives to provide free health screenings, dental care and healthcare supplies to members of the Johnson City, Tennessee, community. Dr. Anane currently serves as a member of the Governing Board of the Johnson City Community Health Center. She also works in the field of oncology with AstraZeneca, contributing to the company’s mission to eliminate cancer as a cause of death. Dr. Anane has received several recognitions through her work; key of which include being selected as one of the top eight 2019 student researchers nationwide by the American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP), receiving the Elliot S. Vessel Award from ACCP for being the top student researcher in the field of pharmacogenomics, Outstanding Faith-based Organization President Award from ETSU, among others. Dr. Anane has a passion to serve and looks forward to working with and supporting Hope Minds Foundation.

AKINLARA FAWALE

AKINLARA FAWALE is a graduate of Computer Science with Physic from Osun state College of Education Nigeria. He started his IT Career in Nigeria with University of Ibadan Consultancy Service Unit in 1997 where he was a Data Processing Officer and teaching assistant. He later moved to Ghana and worked as a lecturer with Star Computers, Takoradi from 2001 to 2005. At Star Computers he lectured the Institute of Management Information System (UK) Diploma and Higher Diploma student towards IMIS (Institute of Management Information System, UK) Certifications. He also headed Star computer software development unit as Lead Programmer, supervising a number of software development projects of the institution in the Western Region of Ghana. He joined IPMC Takoradi in 2005 as a Lecturer for NCC (UK) Degree programme, where he lectured Diploma and Advance Diploma students towards their degree certification via the NCC (National Computing Center, UK) affiliate programme. Some of the Courses he specialized in and taught over the years in the capacities above include: Computer Programming (VB.Net, C#, PHP, ASP.Net), System Analysis and Design, Relational Database Management, E-Commerce and Website Development In 2014, he founded Bit-Pro Company Limited (Now Crest Edge Ghana Limited), a Software and web Application development Company. Over the years he has coordinated and still oversees various Software & Web Application development projects of the company around Ghana. The Company develops and deploys software and tech solutions such as listed below: School Management Software, Hospital Management Software, ERP/Integrated Account Software, Payroll Management System, Integrated Web and Cloud Solutions, Web and Social Media Content Management. His experience both in the academia and corporate sides of ICT world gives him a broad view spectrum of the industry. Akin Fawale is the convener of Africa New Tribe, an initiative that seeks to research into the root cause of Africa’s under-development from the human capacity perspective via sociapsychological causative factors with the aim of developing a re-orientation framework to produce a different kind of Africans (The New Tribe) who will use the resources of the continent to place the continent in a respectable position in the committee of Nations.

Kofi Afedzie Arthur Aikins is a young, dynamic and vibrant family man, businessman, and a pastor. His philosophy centers on the eternal principles and virtues of the Word of God without which life would be meaningless and all our pursuits and achievements would be a waste of precious time and efforts. He is a practical Kingdom minded Christian with a confident and positive disposition, a natural leader and motivator, a firm believer of the Word of God and the power it demonstrates; its ability to transform and add value to every life that yields to it.
